WIBC: “Congressional Incumbents Crush Challengers”

WIBC reports on André Carson’s decisive victory in this year’s primary election:

All six incumbents facing primary challengers crushed them with 71% or more of the vote. Seventh District Democrat Andre Carson won nomination for a fourth full term, and for a third straight time, kept his opponents from even cracking double digits.

Republicans Susan Brooks, Larry Bucshon and Todd Young easily disposed of Tea Party challengers who questioned their conservatism.
